It is mainly made of high-quality 1050 pure aluminum or 3003 aluminum alloy - these two materials are widely recognized for their excellent corrosion resistance. They do not require additional coatings and can be used for a long time in various environments.

 

The production process follows strict precision manufacturing standards: first, high-quality aluminum plates undergo surface degreasing and annealing treatment, then are formed using custom molds through CNC precision stamping and stretching processes. This advanced manufacturing technology creates a small-hole structure with dense and evenly distributed apertures. The entire production process has no welded joints, ensuring that the mesh retains the inherent overall structural stability of aluminum while maintaining a smooth and flat surface.

 

This product is widely used in multiple fields. In the field of architectural decoration, it is suitable for making exquisite sunshades, interior and exterior decorative panels, ceilings, and ventilation curtain walls, especially in scenarios that have high requirements for fine surface texture and modern aesthetic design. Raw material

Stamping 

Our company is equipped with advanced 4000 mm ultra-wide expanded metal manufacturing machines, as well as flattening and leveling equipment. We have developed and accumulated more than 1,000 types of precision molds for expanded metal, allowing us to satisfy customer demands for larger-sized materials. We can also select or customize new mesh patterns to meet requirements related to strength, appearance, ventilation, and shading.

Flattening 

Our workshop is equipped with comprehensive deep-processing machinery such as cutting, flattening, bending, and welding equipment. With these capabilities, we can deliver customized processing solutions for expanded metal products to meet diverse application needs.

Leveling 

Using high-precision leveling machinery, we ensure that the mesh surface remains flat, with evenly distributed openings and superior flatness tolerance. Surface treatment
