Product Introduction
Galvanized Decorative Expanded Metal is made of high-quality carbon steel, featuring an attractive visual effect and excellent durability.
In the production process, carbon steel sheets are first precision-expanded into diamond, hexagonal or custom-shaped openings to form a seamless mesh surface with unique light and shadow effects. The mesh is then hot-dip galvanized to form a protective zinc coating, ensuring long-term corrosion resistance while fully retaining the decorative texture, making it suitable for harsh outdoor environments.

Stamping
Our factory utilizes 4000 mm ultra-wide expanded metal production equipment along with flattening and leveling machines. Over 1,000 precision molds developed in-house allow us to meet the demand for expanded metal in wider sizes and specialized mesh patterns.
Flattening
We possess a range of deep-processing equipment, including cutting, flattening, bending, and welding machines. This ensures we can provide expanded metal products manufactured according to precise customer specifications.
Leveling
Our company uses high-accuracy leveling equipment to achieve superior flatness and consistent mesh openings. Supported by years of manufacturing experience and several CNC leveling machines, our team ensures efficient operation and stable product quality.
Surface treatment
With technologies such as galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing, and PVDF coating, we ensure that our expanded metal products offer long-lasting protection and an attractive finish suitable for decorative architecture.
Quality inspection
Our technicians perform real-time supervision during key production stages, including punching, flattening, shearing, and leveling.
