Product Introduction

Galvanized steel sheet small hole expanded mesh is a type of metal mesh product with extremely high strength and wear resistance, suitable for various harsh industrial operations and outdoor application environments. We use high-quality carbon steel billets, which are precisely formed and then subjected to advanced hot-dip galvanizing treatment - this post-treatment process applies a uniform thickness of zinc layer to all parts of the mesh, from the main wires to the tiny hole edges, and the zinc layer is tightly bonded with the steel substrate, integrating into one.

This product has high structural toughness and wear resistance: the solid carbon steel substrate has excellent tensile and compressive strength, and can effectively resist deformation and fracture even under continuous heavy loads and friction. The galvanized layer not only forms an anti-seepage barrier to resist rust, corrosion and chemical erosion, but also significantly improves the surface hardness of the mesh, further enhancing its wear resistance. This greatly extends the service life of the product in high-wear environments without affecting its core mechanical properties at all.

Based on application requirements, we can choose or develop new hole patterns to enhance load capacity, aesthetics, ventilation, and sun shading.
Flattening

We maintain advanced equipment for cutting, flattening, bending, welding, and other deep-processing operations. These facilities enable us to provide specialized processing and fabrication services for expanded metal products based on your requirements.
Leveling

We apply precision leveling technology to produce mesh surfaces that are flat and uniform, with consistent openings and leading flatness tolerance. Equipped with several CNC leveling machines and backed by years of experience, our team maintains strict quality control to ensure efficient production and high-quality results.
Surface treatment

Equipped with various surface finishing technologies like galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing, and PVDF coating, we ensure that our expanded metal products achieve both long-term performance and attractive architectural aesthetics.
Quality inspection
