Production Workflow

Raw material

We obtain our steel plate raw materials from leading suppliers including Baosteel and Shougang Group. Each batch is carefully inspected by our quality control personnel, who evaluate chemical composition, dimensions, and additional specifications to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
Stamping

Our manufacturing line includes 4000 mm ultra-wide expanded metal machines, flattening equipment, and leveling machines. With more than 1,000 precision molds developed in-house, we are able to provide expanded metal in wider dimensions. We can also customize or select mesh patterns according to application needs, ensuring optimal performance in load strength, appearance, ventilation, and shading.
Flattening

Our production line includes cutting, flattening, bending, and welding equipment, along with other deep-processing machinery. This allows us to supply expanded metal products that are processed and manufactured according to customer specifications.
Leveling

By utilizing high-precision leveling systems, we achieve uniform mesh openings and excellent surface flatness. With multiple CNC leveling machines and an experienced technical team, we optimize machine settings and implement strict quality inspections to maintain high productivity and consistent quality.
Surface treatment

We provide multiple surface treatment processes, including galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing, and PVDF coating. These finishes enhance corrosion resistance, extend product lifespan, and improve the decorative appearance of expanded metal.
Quality inspection

Technicians supervise key stages of production, including punching, flattening, shearing, and leveling, through real-time monitoring. This ensures consistent product quality while enabling timely identification and optimization of production processes.
Packaging

Considering the chemical and physical attributes of each product, we apply appropriate packaging materials that provide protection against water, moisture, and physical damage during transit. We can also develop customized packaging solutions to satisfy specific client requirements.
