Product Introduction
We select high-quality low-carbon steel, which is integrally formed from a whole thick steel plate through CNC stamping + stretching and expanding processes, with no welding points and a continuous structure. The surface treatments mainly include hot-dip galvanizing (mainstream anti-corrosion), electro-galvanizing, and powder coating.

Production Workflow
Raw material
The steel plates used as raw materials are supplied by recognized manufacturers including Baosteel and Shougang Group. When materials are received, our quality inspectors conduct detailed evaluations of chemical composition, dimensions, and other essential factors.
Stamping
Our workshop is equipped with 4000 mm ultra-wide expanded metal machines and complementary flattening and leveling equipment. We have independently developed over 1,000 precision molds, allowing us to produce expanded metal in larger sizes. Customized mesh patterns can also be created to meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
Flattening
We are equipped with a full range of machinery for cutting, flattening, bending, welding, and other deep-processing operations. These capabilities allow us to manufacture expanded metal products tailored to customer requirements.
Leveling
Utilizing high-precision leveling equipment, we ensure that expanded metal meshes have smooth surfaces and consistent openings. With years of industry experience and advanced CNC leveling machines, our team optimizes processes and maintains strict quality control.
Surface treatment
Our manufacturing process includes several surface finishing options, including galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing, and PVDF coating, which improve both the functional performance and decorative qualities of expanded metal products.
Quality inspection
During production, our technicians carefully supervise punching, flattening, shearing, and leveling operations. This continuous monitoring ensures consistent product quality while supporting improvements in our manufacturing processes.
Packaging
To maintain product integrity during shipping, we use waterproof, moisture-proof, and impact-resistant packaging materials tailored to the chemical and physical characteristics of the products. Customized packaging solutions are also offered.
