Product Introduction
Galvanized Steel Expanded Metal Grating features stable structure and excellent corrosion resistance. Made from high-quality Q195/Q235 low-carbon steel sheets, it boasts outstanding tensile strength, impact resistance and structural rigidity, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications requiring durability and long-term anti-corrosion performance.
This product is formed by an expansion process: sheets are simultaneously slit and stretched into an integrated diamond-patterned mesh without welded joints or weak points. It maintains a favorable strength-to-weight ratio, delivers exceptional load-bearing capacity, and offers reliable anti-slip performance even in wet and oily conditions. The grating is treated with hot-dip galvanizing to form a metallurgically bonded zinc coating, which provides all-round rust protection.
This product is widely used in various demanding fields: outdoor industrial platforms, walkways, maintenance platforms and trench covers; anti-slip flooring in mines; pedestrian bridges, drainage covers and public passages; agricultural and marine applications such as livestock farms, docks and marinas.

Stamping
With 4000 mm ultra-wide expanded metal production machines and supporting flattening and leveling equipment, we are capable of manufacturing large-format expanded metal products. Our library of over 1,000 precision molds enables us to offer diverse mesh designs and develop new patterns tailored to customer needs.
Flattening
Our workshop features cutting, flattening, bending, and welding equipment designed for expanded metal processing. We can provide comprehensive fabrication services to meet specific design and performance requirements.
Leveling
Our leveling process uses advanced equipment to achieve flat mesh surfaces and consistent opening structures. With multiple CNC leveling machines and a highly experienced technical team, we ensure precise parameter control and reliable product quality.
Surface treatment
By utilizing galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing, and PVDF coating, we provide expanded metal products with superior corrosion resistance, extended service life, and attractive architectural finishes.
