Product Introduction
Stainless Steel Expanded Metal Grating is a high-end industrial metal grating featuring outstanding corrosion resistance and long-term durability. It is made from premium austenitic stainless steel, mainly grades 304 and 316. Grade 304 is suitable for general corrosive environments, while grade 316 offers stronger resistance to salt water and chemicals, making it ideal for marine engineering and high-hygiene applications.
Produced by CNC precision expansion technology, solid steel sheets are slit and stretched to form seamless, weld-free diamond-opening grating. This one-piece structure provides high load capacity and stable performance, with a naturally serrated anti-slip surface. The material has a passive chromium oxide layer, requiring no additional protective coating.
It is widely used in food and pharmaceuticals, marine engineering, chemical plants, architectural decoration, dairy and brewing industries, fully meeting the demands of high-end applications for corrosion resistance, hygiene and low maintenance.

Flattening
Our production facility includes cutting, flattening, bending, and welding machines that support a variety of deep-processing tasks. This enables us to customize expanded metal products based on individual customer needs.
Leveling
We use modern leveling machines to ensure that mesh surfaces remain flat with evenly distributed openings. Supported by experienced technicians and several CNC leveling systems, we optimize production parameters and enforce strict quality standards.
Surface treatment
