Aluminum Flattened Expanded Metal

Aluminum Flattened Expanded Metal is a metal mesh product manufactured from high‑grade 1050 pure aluminum or 3003 aluminum alloy sheets. During production, aluminum sheets are first precisely slit and stretched by CNC equipment to form a seamless diamond mesh with uniform openings. The expanded mesh then undergoes a precision flattening process, passing through heavy‑duty rollers to create a smooth and even surface on both sides. The product features no welded joints, retaining the core properties of aluminum - particularly its excellent strength‑to‑weight ratio, natural corrosion resistance, and non‑magnetic characteristics - while the flattening process greatly enhances practical performance. The finished product is lightweight, structurally rigid, snag‑free, aesthetically appealing, and easy to clean, without compromising structural strength or permeability. 

The product is widely used in the following fields. In modern architectural decoration, it is suitable for building facades, sunshades, and interior decorative panels, meeting demands for a smooth metallic finish, light diffusion, and design versatility. In industrial applications, it is used for walkways, mezzanine decks, and access panels, especially in environments prioritizing light weight, corrosion resistance, and a smooth, easy‑to‑clean surface. In professional screening and filtration, it serves applications requiring flat, inert surfaces, such as food processing, specialized air filtration, and protective covers for precision equipment. In design and commercial display components, it is used for decorative grilles, display structures, and sign backings, fully utilizing its formability, modern appearance, and lightweight nature.

Raw material 

Our raw material steel plates are supplied by recognized companies such as Baosteel and Shougang Group. When the materials arrive, our quality control team performs detailed testing on chemical composition, dimensions, and related specifications to guarantee they meet or surpass quality requirements.

Stamping 

Our company is equipped with advanced 4000 mm ultra-wide expanded metal manufacturing machines, as well as flattening and leveling equipment. We have developed and accumulated more than 1,000 types of precision molds for expanded metal, allowing us to satisfy customer demands for larger-sized materials. We can also select or customize new mesh patterns to meet requirements related to strength, appearance, ventilation, and shading.

Flattening 

Our workshop is equipped with comprehensive deep-processing machinery such as cutting, flattening, bending, and welding equipment. With these capabilities, we can deliver customized processing solutions for expanded metal products to meet diverse application needs.

Leveling 

Using high-precision leveling machinery, we ensure that the mesh surface remains flat, with evenly distributed openings and superior flatness tolerance. With many years of expertise and multiple CNC leveling machines, our skilled team optimizes operational parameters to maintain high productivity and consistent product quality.

Surface treatment 

Our company offers a comprehensive range of surface treatment solutions, such as galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing, and PVDF coating. These finishes provide excellent durability and an appealing appearance for both functional and decorative uses.
