Carbon Steel Flattend expanded metal mesh is a cost-effective and high-strength metal mesh product. Carbon steel plates are cut and stretched using professional equipment to form primary expanded mesh with diamond-shaped holes, which is then subjected to high-pressure flattening treatment. Raw material

Stamping

Our plant features 4000 mm ultra-wide expanded metal machines, along with flattening and leveling machinery. We have accumulated more than 1,000 precision molds developed through independent research and development. These resources allow us to meet the demand for wider expanded metal sheets and customize mesh patterns for load capacity, aesthetics, airflow, and shading performance.
Flattening

We have a complete set of deep-processing equipment, including cutting, flattening, bending, and welding machinery. These capabilities enable us to meet customers' specific processing and fabrication requirements for expanded metal products.
Leveling

We employ state-of-the-art leveling equipment to maintain a flat mesh surface and consistent opening patterns. With years of technical expertise and several CNC leveling machines, our specialists carefully adjust operating parameters to achieve optimal efficiency and superior product quality.
Surface treatment
