Stamping

We are equipped with 4000 mm ultra-wide expanded metal production equipment, as well as flattening and leveling machines. With over 1,000 precision expanded metal molds developed internally, we can manufacture expanded metal in larger dimensions. Based on application requirements, we are able to design or select new mesh patterns to satisfy needs related to strength, ventilation, appearance, and shading.
Flattening

Our company operates various deep-processing machines such as cutting, flattening, bending, and welding equipment. With these resources, we can provide customized processing services to ensure expanded metal products meet precise application needs.
Leveling

High-precision leveling machines are used to produce flat mesh surfaces with uniform openings and exceptional flatness tolerance. Our experienced technicians manage multiple CNC leveling machines and implement strict quality control to ensure efficiency and eliminate unnecessary rework.
Surface treatment

We employ a range of finishing technologies, including galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing, and PVDF coating. These treatments ensure extended service life and an attractive finish for expanded metal used in construction and decoration.
Quality inspection
