We operate 4000 mm ultra-wide expanded metal production lines along with flattening and leveling machines. With over 1,000 self-developed precision expanded metal molds, we are capable of producing wide-format expanded metal to meet diverse customer requirements. Depending on the application scenario, we can select or design new mesh patterns to optimize load-bearing capacity, aesthetics, airflow, and shading performance.
Flattening

We operate a range of deep-processing equipment, including cutting, flattening, bending, and welding machines. This allows us to offer tailored manufacturing services for expanded metal products according to customers' precise specifications.
Leveling

Our company employs advanced leveling equipment to achieve a flat mesh surface, uniform openings, and excellent flatness tolerance. Supported by extensive experience and several CNC leveling machines, our technicians carefully adjust processing parameters and maintain strict quality control to ensure efficiency and product reliability.
Surface treatment

Our facility provides multiple surface finishing technologies such as galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing, and PVDF coating. These treatments ensure long-lasting durability while also delivering an attractive appearance for architectural decoration purposes.
Quality inspection

Our technicians perform real-time supervision during key production stages, including punching, flattening, shearing, and leveling.
