Product Introduction

First, we will select high-quality stainless steel plates, typically of the 304/316 or 316L grades, to ensure excellent rust resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and performance under extreme temperatures. Production Workflow

Raw material

Our steel plate raw materials are sourced from reputable suppliers such as Baosteel and Shougang Group. Upon receipt, our quality inspectors conduct thorough inspections, including chemical composition analysis, dimensional verification, and other relevant tests to ensure the materials meet or exceed the required quality standards.
Stamping

Our facility is equipped with 4000 mm ultra-wide expanded metal production machines, flattening machines, and leveling equipment. We have independently developed and accumulated more than 1,000 precision expanded metal molds, enabling us to meet customers' requirements for larger-sized expanded metal. Based on specific application needs, we can select or develop new hole patterns to achieve the desired performance in load capacity, appearance, ventilation, sun shading, and other functions.
Flattening

Our facility is equipped with cutting, flattening, bending, welding, and other advanced deep-processing equipment. We have the capability to provide customized processing and manufacturing services for expanded metal products to meet specific customer requirements.
Leveling

We utilize high-precision leveling equipment to ensure a smooth mesh surface, consistent openings, and industry-leading flatness tolerance. With years of experience and multiple CNC leveling machines, our professional team optimizes processing parameters while strict quality control guarantees efficient production and eliminates rework, delivering reliable and high-quality products.
Surface treatment

We offer a variety of surface treatment options, including galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing, and PVDF coating. These processes not only extend the service life of our expanded metal products but also enhance their visual appeal for architectural and decorative applications.
Quality inspection

Throughout the production process, our technicians conduct real-time monitoring of punching, flattening, shearing, and leveling operations. This enables continuous quality verification while also helping identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process, ensuring ongoing enhancement of both our production line and product quality.
Packaging
